Logo is a product of modern society, it is bearing the weight of the intangible assets of the organization, it’s also a medium of the integrated information transmission. In the process of visual image transmission, as a core part of CIS strategy, logo is the most widely used, the highest frequency and the most important elements. The publishing industry is engaged in the production and transmission of spiritual and cultural content, relative to the material products manufacturing industry, need pay more attention to build their own corporate image, convey enterprise culture.Logo of press could show audience the core culture and cultural localization of press. This paper will comb the origin and variation of logo of the Chinese mainland press, to discuss the relationship between logo of press and publishing culture, to analyze some representative logos’ though of design rain, and then to research China press logos.Through the investigation and research in the subject matter of the China press logos, I put forward the following Suggestions: first, clear the publishing market demand, employ excellent design institution to design it. Second, build famous trademark, improve the underlying business value, strengthen the legal protection. Third, Presses should attaches great importance to the logo, implementation of CIS strategy and brand strategy social standard as the gripper, implement brand strategy, improve the quality of publications, attaches great importance to the classification of trademarks and service marks of cultivation, thus promoting the value of logo of press.
