Remote Terminal Control System Based On Android Platform

Traditional control systems most are based on the PC, programming and commissioning activities in the area are greatly restricted, in case of system failure is difficult to make timely changes to the program, which will directly affect the development of remote control systems. At the same time, due to the growing popularity of the rapid development of mobile communication technology Android system, prompting after-ear of PC advance into people’s lives. PLC programming software in order to meet the needs of mobility, increase flexibility and freedom degree field operations engineer, to promote engineering and technical personnel to adapt to the arrival of the post-PC era ahead. Studying on a low-cost, removable remote PLC programming platform is of great significance to society. Therefore, we propose Android operating system terminal having a remote ladder write functions.This Paper chooses PLC programming platform as the research object, its programming in remote Android client implementation. The article introduces the research background and significance, the overall framework of Android, Wifi and 3G communication mode, JAVA and VB.NET programming language simply. Then, this paper introduces the implement of PC ladder in Android client detailly.Personal computer is use of receiving the ladder. And by comparing the designed structure of the advantages and disadvantages of both systems, selected for the system of communication, added Tomcat server to the system, Android enables communication between the client and the PC side.UDP communication has been taken as the speed and other characteristics of Socket communication protocol, while convenient custom communication protocols, effectively improve the speed and stability for push ladder. Build and display section adopts the hierarchical ladder of development characteristics, the subsequent development of software and expansion played a catalytic role in the development of the secondary code easier. In order to protect the security of programming data, the software set up secure login authentication process, reducing the possibility of the theft.Finally, this article do a simple summary of the work finished. Do a deeper research of shortcomings and prospects for the future.
