Currently, power grid system is commonly used in the management of power resources. In the process of China’s power grid construction, the electricity distribution construction is one of the most important aspects of it. However, some errors often occur in the construction of the distribution network, which need repair immediately. The traditional way to record the process of rushing to repair is on the paper. Over time, the previous data on the papers are not conducive to the subsequent management.The topic is mainly based on the surveys,which according to the theory of software development and project management theory, meet the requirements of the relevant departments. The system is designed and accomplished on Eclipse on the basis of advanced technology, C/S, Single Sign On and Data Access Layer,which combine with SQL Server 2005.According to the process of the software engineering analysis, the system firstly introduce specifically the relevant technology, and then analysis the needs of the system,including feasibility analysis, functional and non-functional analysis. The system is designed from the aspects of Outline Design, Detailed Design and Database Design and others. The system should be implemented by the implementation of System environment,Database System, and alarm system in the light of C/S to command the reparation of distribution network. The alarm system divided into eight modules, namely, user management module, power management module, business system management module, system maintenance and management module, network management module status, duty records management module, assigned by the records management module, Warranty statistical management module. In the terms of Data Access, Data Column is specifically designed to implement all the operations to Data Access, which improve the efficiency and Reuse to help maintain the program.The alarm system to repair the distribution network which based on C/S combines the Information Technology with relative business of distribution network,which will be designed to an alarm platform faced the power network. The system has been tested to high security, stable performance, to meet the needs of network management.
