Along with further developing of the economical global integration, the media industry became a bridge of political party, national and popular. Compare with the newspaper, broadcast, network and other media, TV media has been attracting the largest audience, occupied the longest time media audience. Especially with the pace of the construction of digital and network speed, the television media is undertaking more and more important social responsibility, In the development of cultural politics, economy, society, our country, occupies an irreplaceable position. But at the same time, with the development of network technology, especially the new media to mobile Internet as the representative of the influx, so that Hebei TV media is facing great opportunities and challenges. As the largest TV media in Hebei province-- HB television station, in this context, the development direction of research has become an important issue that can not be avoided, taking HB television NM channel business model transformation as an example, the article discusses the competitive conditions in the new, new management style of traditional TV media.
