Anritsu business expansion has occurred chiefly in the information and communication field. The company’s flagship measuring instrument business provides products and services indispensable to the development, manufacture and maintenance of a range of communication systems as typified in mobile phones and the Internet on a global scale. In addition, Anritsu technologies have incorporated into a range of products in other fields, such as IP network equipment, inspection equipment for food and pharmaceutical products, and precision measuring instruments for electronic component. With a foundation afforded by the "Measuring Technologies" accumulated over its history of more than110years, Anritsu will continue to contribute to the realization of a safe, secure and comfortable society.Anritsu Human Resource Management is used to achieve better management of the human resource process, the management system helps Human Resource stuff out of manual operation mode, the standalone process which include company attendance management, leave management, salary&benefit management, training management, employment management, staff on-board and off-board management, recruitment management, performance&development management and administration management are consolidated and merged to one unified platform after re-design and deployment. Anritsu Human Resource Management eases and shortens working time of management team, reduces potential manual failures, provides real-time monitoring and tracking of human resource management, with that manager team can more effectively reduce risk of resource management, aim at comprehensive protection of availability, security, stability to human resource data according to company policy, procedure and standard. The system is used B/S design with Microsoft IIS server as platform, integrated with SharePoint Server, supported by AgilePoint BPMS commerce-base process and SQL Server2005. With these technologies, it reduces the workload of human resource team and improves work efficiency by consolidating data input, data gathering, data analysis, and reporting feature as per design.
