The rapid development of science and technology caused a creative explosion, people will come into the era of experience economy. The rapid development of mobile devices and the rapid development of the Internet technology has accelerated the industrialization of APP, but the APP on the market appears serious homogenization phenomenon. Many APP’s design for the purpose of "fast on-line", ignoring the research and verification of user needs, finally, the development of the product can not meet the needs of users, lose the value of existence. How to obtain the real and effective needs of the target users, and develop the product that fits the needs of the users more effectively, and become the key to the future development of APP. Based on this background, the paper designs the university student couples APP, through qualitative research and quantitative research to obtain the target user’s needs, from the user experience of the five levels of the system prototype design, and finally, through product usability testing to verify the effectiveness of the program. To design a product that meets the needs of college lovers.In this paper, the intelligent mobile phone as interactive carrier, user needs as the guide, based on the iOS operating system to design the prototype of the college student couple APP. The research mainly has the following several parts:first, carries on the qualitative and the quantitative research to the university student "s lover user, according to the research results to carry on the data analysis, establishes the user" s role model; second, research on the existing APP in the market to find the difference of product design route, combined with the results of user studies, clear product design positioning; third, according to the product design positioning and user needs, the product planning and design, allow users to test the system prototype, according to the test results, optimize product design; fourth, draw the conclusion of the research, and explain the shortcomings of the research, and make a prospect for the future.
