With the gradual progress of the office automation, the internal task management of the company gradually comes into the process of automation. The task of the CRUD and progress tracking have begun to use the unified office management system. Through office automation system provides good task management, task allocation mostly performances manually, some companies even set up the full-time position for allocating tasks. In the process of manual task allocation, because of the many different factors, it is not easy to distinguish between the similar tasks. This way of assignment is inefficient, the matching degree between staff and job is low, and the workload of employees is often unbalanced, and it is easy to be affected by employee leave. This project comes from this requirement, designs and realizes a system to solve the problem of automatic assignment.In this paper, according to the features that most current digital office systems use a communication software for internal staff ’s communication, it uses the communication software’s service to get employee attendance information, and uses the existing office system to obtain the remaining tasks’ information. according to the information of unfinished tasks and staff, the system considers the nature of the task and employee’s responsibility and competence to determine whether you can assign the task to the employee. At the same time, in order to avoid the imbalance of the workload, it is also needed to correctly evaluate the current workload of the staff,to achieve fair allocation as far as possible, make full use of human resources as far as possible, and improve work efficiency.This project can be divided into three major modules: configuration information management module, task assignment module and post-processing module. Configuration information management module is the basic data for the system running needs, including information acquisition, task information acquisition, system parameters setting... The task distribution module is the core module of the system, which mainly realizes the task information acquirement and filtering, the matching and distribution of the tasks and staffs, the employee load balance. The post-processing module is used for further processing of the failed tasks, reminding manually or carrying out second allocation.The whole system after the function test and performance test determines system has been able to control and distribute the task, and guarantee a certain extent of the employees’ load balance, meet the expected initial system function requirement, also in the performance test, the whole system can satisfy therequirement of initial expectations of system performance and stability. The whole system can be put into practice.
