To meet the need of office automation for Tianjing coal sales center, the dissertation makes use of object-oriented methods, and software engineering and office automation related theories are considered as the guiding ideology. System requirement analysis and system design is done by using UML technology. Meanwhile, office automation system is realized by.NET technology to improve the informationaliztion level of the sales center, realize the integration and utilization of all kinds of resources, and reach management institutionalization and business processes.The dissertation firstly analyzes the development background and significance, introduces the functional requirements, and adopts three-tier architecture and.NET technology to realize the system. Secondly, according to the functional requirements, the system has four functional modules and twenty-one functions. Thirdly, according to design principles and design objectives, database design is introduced in the form of attributed graph and E-R diagram. Lastly, the realization of four functional modules is given. Besides, the aim, method, process and results of the system tests are discussed, and test results demonstrate that the system reaches the design target and it can perfectly meet the demand of need of office automation for Tianjing coal sales center.The system consists of personal mail module, personal affairs module, office information module and public information module. As the system developer, the author completes the data collection, system requirement analysis, overall design, functional module design, system realization, system test, and error correction.
