With the Web2.0era, computers and networks become more deeply into our workand life. To increase the use of information, eliminating information silos, many largeenterprises increased the repair of office automation system inputs. In this time, thePublic security organs information system is becoming more perfect, such as vehiclemanagement system, household registration management system, etc. But the existingsystem can not enough really adapt public security, especially as cases automaticclassification, similar to the case are not contained, and had to deal with the use ofartificial means to accomplish this task. This not only consumes a lot of manpower,material resources, but also makes data exchange difficult, data sharing difficultsituation, hindering the efficiency of police affairs, standardized and scientificdevelopments.So, the current business needs of the public security departments is analyzed andthe system main function modules established. Based on this, this thesis design anddeveloped the detailed module of the system, and finally implement and test the system.Unlike existing public security office automation system, the present system ofcase management includes not only the case of query, modify, create other functions,but also includes cases of automatic classification and similar cases queries. In order toachieve the purpose of automatic classification of cases, this paper introduces the textanalysis related technologies. In addition to studying this often feature selectionmethods, feature selection methods are still part of speech information is introduced, webelieve that a large number of cases treated in terms of the amount of informationincluded, so when you select only the name of feature selection feature representation oftext. In similar cases in the investigation, to match a similar case, we use the cosinesimilarity of two measures the similarity of two texts. Finally, to complete the case ofautomatic classification, this paper analyzes the text related technology into the officeautomation system design and development. In order to effectively represent cases, westudy and analyze the relevant text feature selection techniques and text representation.The experiment results defined this system is feasible.
