Wireless Sensor Network( WSN) integrated wireless communication technology and embedded technology, has shown its great application value in environmental monitoring, agriculture, medical and rescue areas driven by the rapid development of wireless communication technology and computer network recently. Mobile control and sensing system is a WSN with capacity of perceiving and controling processing information, it has been widely applied in many fields.In order to achieve the purpose of the better system development and deployment, software simulation and modeling is able to simulate the system performance under different application environment by building a good network model, as an important means of researching on WSN key technologies. At present, there are many technology frameworks are widely used in WSN simulation. However, due to differences in the application environment, these simulation platforms can not provide a relatively accurate support when evaluating WSN in specific application areas.In this paper, we provide advice and guidance on correcting the actual project development and deployment by researching on the evaluating the performance of the actual control and sensing system.Therefore, we firstly design and implement a platform for the mobile sensor control system simulation integrated wireless node mobility, energy, collision detection, signal attenuation and application business models, so as to provide a customized simulation environment for the performance evaluation work.Mobile control and sensing systems applied in different fields and environments have the different external environment, such as wireless channels, business requirements, network protocols and network topology, and these factors have a direct impact on the energy consumption and system lifetime. By studying the existing WSN channel model and flow model, we designed and implemented the Path Loss Model and Shadowing Model for simulating the analog channel environment and the ON/OFF flow model for simulating the actual business based on the actual project. And then, we proposed a lifetime prediction method for the sensing control network on this basis.Finally, we evaluated the channel, business and system energy model using the network topology and the improved routing protocol for the project by creating different simulation scenarios to simulate the actual application environment as realistically as possible. And the comparative analysis of experimental results verified the correctness of the design and implementation work.Experimental results show that although the simulation platform is established for specific sensing control network, it does improves the energy precision and accuracy of prediction consumption model and provides guidance for the actual project development and deployment by considering various factors(including node mobility, channel, business, etc.).
