In recent years, with the rapid development of information and communication technologies, especially with the technology innovation of mobile multi-hop wireless networks, network traffic has been exhibiting an increasing tendency, which brings forth the increasing energy consumption of network equipments. According to the relevant statistical analysis show that the communication industries consume more than 20 billion KWH and the total power consumptions are the 14th in various fields. And more than half of the total power consumptions stem from the wireless network. Therefore, the study of how to greatly improve the power transmission efficiency in the mobile multi-hop wireless network has recently become the hot research topic in the wireless communication field.For the traffic of the mobile multi-hop wireless network, to solve the high network energy consumption and low energy efficiency, this thesis putts forward the energy-efficient unicast routing algorithm based on dynamic traffic. In the mobile multi-hop wireless network, because of dynamic and multi-hop characteristics of network topology, this leads to the network traffic to dynamically change. Based on the dynamic change of network traffic and the information of nodes positions, the algorithm creates a high energy-efficient unicast path which in turn reduces network energy consumption and improves network efficiency.by reducing selection of the nodes with high energy consumption.And then as to the problems such as the low utilization of nodes resource, high energy consumption, and low energy efficiency, which is caused by redundant traffic information in the mobile multi-hop wireless network, this thesis proposes cooperative energy-efficient transmission algorithm based on traffic awareness. The algorithm obtains network traffic information according to traffic sensing. And this thesis adopts cooperative transmission and data fusion technology to reduce the transmission power of the transmitting node and allow the nodes in the path to participate in the cooperative transmission simultaneously. And the transmitted data will be fused. This is hereby to enhance the performance of network energy conservation and energy efficiency.Thirdly, for the problems such as the high network energy consumption and low energy efficiency, which are caused by uneven distribution of traffic load and low link utilization in the mobile multi-hop wireless networks, this thesis proposes the collaborative efficiency transmission algorithm based on traffic awareness, using the traffic flow redirection. The algorithm utilizes traffic awareness to sense traffic information and network traffic load information. And then we redirect the traffic of the low load paths to these paths which have higher load and lower link utilization, close the low load links at the same time to further enhance the performance of network energy conservation and energy efficiency.Through the simulation analysis, the three algorithms proposed by this thesis have the preferable superiority in reducing network energy consumption and improving the network energy efficiency.
