For a long time,the management of instrument data is dominated by traditional manual methods,but many shortcomings exist in this method,including low data management efficiency and low confidentiality.At the same time,when the instrument data is updated,revised,and inquired,the manual management method has many inconveniences.Based on this background,the research direction of this article is to design a solution to the internal instrument management data system in the enterprise.On the basis of full investigation of instrument inspection,instrument management,data processing and logical business,the paper uses MVC development mode and UML description tool to complete the requirement analysis and overall framework design of the detection management system,and uses the MySQL database,PHP language,AJAX and so on,and implements the application on the basis of the symfony framework.The test management system of the module,such as the household management,the instrument management and the inspection management,can dynamically obtain the state of the instrument,and have the functions of the planned implementation of the sample detection and the visualization of the test results.At the same time,the user permission design mode is adopted in completing the system's safety design and reliability design.The efficiency of instrument management can be greatly improved after the construction of the system,and then the effective use of the instrument will reduce the cost of the enterprise.
