It is of great significance for the development of automatic immune analyzer. Influenced by the subjective elements of the operator, the traditional manual analysis instruments may lead to a high rate of errors. Due to the relatively backward situation of medical equipments in our country, laboratories at home often import equipments from abroad, which plays a vital role in the improvement of the research and technical levels of automatic immune analyzer in the process of researching and designing it. The purpose of the design is to develop automatic immune analyzer which is fully automated on operation and perfect on function.The system of automatic immune analyzer is based on ATmega128 processor by knowing principles of immunoassay and test method. Hardware and software have been designed to analyze the system according to the functional demands and capability of the system. In terms of the hardware, there are many key technologies to solve such as liquid level control, the weak current handling, temperature control and data acquisition. As for the software, key technologies needs to achieve mainly are the basic functions of the system.μC/OS- II is selected as the operating system and basis of the software in consideration of the system stability, reliability and expansion and maintenance in the future.Based on system debugging and experiments in the last part, this easy proves that the design of system is fully in line with the requirements.
