Research On Supervision Of The Network Community

AbstractWith the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology in our country, the Internet users are greatly increasing in these years. As a result,the new term of Network Community has come into the eyes of public and became the new power in present civil society.The Network Community is the development of civil social organization in the field of Internet. It not only broadens the channels of developing the civil social organizations, the approaches of participating in and discussing the state affairs, but also promotes the modernization of national governance capacity. However, at the same time, the nonstandard network community also have some negative influence on information security, national security and social order. Therefore, how to carry out the effective supervision for the network community by has been an important issue in the social governance.The thesis, based on the research status of network community, explores the meaning of network community, the legitimacy and limitation of network community supervision.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the following things. Firstly, the concept of network community is determined. Secondly, the characteristics and types of network community is classified. At last, the influence of network community is presented. Based on the previous analysis, the NC is definited clearly.The second part focuses on the analysis of the legitimacy and limitation of NCS. The NCS is associated with the expansion of government’s regulative function, the healthy development of NCS, the realization of civil association freedom and the reasonable use of government’s power. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the legitimacy and limitation of NCS. The third part figures out some problems in NCS.
