With the coming of the era of "Internet +",the mobile terminal operating system diversification has become the theme of the development of domestic and international electronics market in recent years.In such a market atmosphere,a variety of operating systems such as Android,IOS,Black Berry and so on,smartmobile devices have emerged,which predict the future management of colleges and universities is developing toward mobile and also can brings a lot of problems to universities to develop mobilecampus applications.According to the above situation,this research analyzes three kinds of development modes of mobile application on the market at present,so propose Hybrid App to solve the problem of developing mobile campus in universities in combination with the advantages of Native APP and Web APP.This research develops a cross-platform function of the mobile campus system which use mixed development mode(Hybrid App)advantage and combine with the campus user dynamic demand for business and information on campus.The system for teachers and students to provide a convenient,functional mobile applications,which can make teachers and students to meet the needs of real-time campus.In this research,the PhoneGap framework of the mixed development model is deeply researched and analyzed,and the interface API and plug-in provided by it are improved and extended.Following the steps of software engineering,the research fully shows the development process of mobile campus system.The system is divided into two parts: Client and server.The client is developed by using Web front-end technology.It also use the PhoneGap framework to call the primary function of a mobile device,and finally compile tools packaged into cross-platform mobile applications.Serve development is developed by using java language,the database is used Mysql.Their maintask is to accomplish storage and call of data.Through the test shows that based on PhoneGap framework solution to truly achieve the mobile campus system cross-platform transplantation,which can be perfectly integrated into the mobile terminal operating system diversified development trend of the times.
