With the development of the network,the customer base is growing,software system is also more and more complex,therefore software requirements for stress test are becoming increasingly high.Stress test,by simulating real workloads,get the software performance under peak usage,so find performance problems early and avoid blind investment losses caused by use.Currently,distributed stress test tools lack enough support for automated test,makes it complicated for building the test environment.They don’t implement load balance between distributed nodes,can not reasonably use resources on each node,and just support a limited number of network protocols,hard to be extended.This article designs a distributed stress test tool for Web software to solve the above problems.The tool can manage distributed test nodes,deploy test data and collect test result automatically.It improves the utilization of test resources and execution efficiency of multi-threads result from implementing load balance between nodes and testengine.It also implements the test script based on Jython,which can simulate user actions well and support for multiple protocols and scalable.Finally,this article applese Test to an e-commerce site for a stress test,and gets the performance of this site in certain configurations,to verify the use fulness of this tool.
