Based On The E-the The Ioad The Siebei System Test Design And Implementation

With the deep-going and development of information technique and application, the scale of management information systems becomes larger and larger, while corresponding software applications become more and more complicated. As one of the most important measures of software quality, software testing has become an indispensable core part of software research and development process.The thesis uses Siebel CRM projects' testing methods and experience as its research background, raises a set of comprehensive and rational testing model from the six aspects, testing plan, usecases designing, scenario developing, test environment, testing practice and result analysis. To meet the needs of Siebel application testing, we choose E-load Test Suite as research object, which is provided by Siebel's testing service supplier Empirix. And analyze E-load Test Suite's functions and features from three aspects: Functional Test Tool OpenScript, Performance Test Tool E-load Controller and pressure agent JavaAgent. Adhere test tools to Siebel Application's feature, use testcases in real projects as foundation, analyze test results, then verifies the fact that E-load Test Suite can fully and effectively perform Siebel's performance test, improving the integrity and accuracy of the performance test, which lifts the performance of Siebel Applications.The thesis's research combines the testing methods and experience of Siebel application projects, it goes deeper to practice testing in Siebel with the experiences of Siebel Test, based on the current E-load Testing Tools. By practising functional test cases, bugs in Siebel projects are revealed. By practising performance testcases, the performance bottle-necks are identified. It has positive affects to large commercial software testing, to summarize E-Load's successful experience in Siebel application testing.
