With the aging population in China increases rapidly, as well as people concern about health status.Human physiological parameters on portable device displaying has been attracting people’s great interest. This thesis conducts preliminary exploration for future telemedicine mode for the reason.Bluetooth technology is currently the most popular short-range wireless communications technology with the features of low cost, mature solution and short-range wireless connectivity.Especially the upgraded version of Bluetooth 4.0 has improved widely criticized Bluetooth power problem in the past, Google announced Android 4.3 or later officially compatible with Bluetooth version 4.0, which will make medical equipment with physiological sensors combines Android OS quickly spread. Bluetooth technology to build a wireless physiological data acquisition and transmission module, has the advantage of reducing cabling connection can be applied to build the physiological data sensing system, physical health monitor systems. Therefore, the study of Bluetooth technology to build wireless physiological data collection and transmission system has great practical significance and application prospects.This thesis describes the sensing system architecture, and then, conduct the physiological acquisition end hardware design.After the introduction of Bluetooth technology, CC2541 chip and the module design, Bluetooth low energy protocol stack(BLE) presentation and communication development, the data collection terminal emulation and testing data format specification will be conducted. Finally, two low-power Bluetooth-based wireless data(BLE) acquisition and transmission program will be designed with Java development platform, development and design of Android App is to display physiological parameters on a cell phone or tablet running Android OS. In this design process, it is needed for hardware circuit design, PCB circuit board production and hardware testing; and need the developments of several application softwares for physiological data to be displayed and stored. This sensing system reseached in this thesis will be one of the directions of future research and development trends of Internet of Things & Medical Internet of big data society. Ideal telemedicine mode of smart health consultation, intelligent diagnosis will gradually become a reality.
