| Bluetooth technology is a short-distance wireless communication technology.It can realize flexible,safe,low-cost and low-power voice and data communication among various devices.As one of the successful applications of bluetooth technology in people’s life,TWS(True Wireless Stereo)bluetooth earbuds realizes the left and right channels wireless separation of the bluetooth stereo earbuds,solves the constraint that people use traditional wired earphone,and is deeply loved by users.TWS bluetooth earbuds have many advantages,such as small size,fashionable appearance,safety and energy saving and multiple functions,which make the sales of TWS bluetooth earbuds in the market increase rapidly.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a TWS bluetooth earbuds with exquisite and small size,safety and energy saving,novel function.This paper studies how to realize compact and beautiful appearance,safe and energy-saving performance,novel and diverse functions of TWS bluetooth earbuds,and designs a TWS bluetooth earbuds based on QCC3046.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the realization of small and exquisite appearance of TWS bluetooth earbuds,and adopts capacitance sensing technology to realize the wearing detection and touch control of the earbud,instead of the key control of the traditional bluetooth earbud,which can save space and be beneficial to the miniaturization of the earbud.In order to improve the accuracy of wear detection and touch control,CH611 touch scheme of Goodix is adopted in this paper.Wear detection points are designed by differential input to reduce common mode interference.Two groups of detection combinations are used to judge whether to wear or not,so as to prevent false triggering detection.Besides the three touch detection points,a shield channel is added for reference,so as to prevent the noise on the ground from interfering with touch detection.From the test results,it can be seen that the accuracy of wearing detection can reach99.9%,and the accuracy of touch detection can reach 100% with this design scheme,which is higher than the recognition rate of other wearing and touch detection schemes.(2)In this paper,aiming at the problems of safety and high power consumption when TWS bluetooth earbuds are in the charging box,a scheme of controlling the switch of the charging path and whether the earbuds and box go to sleep by detecting the current value is proposed to ensure the safety of earbuds in the charging box and reduce the power consumption of the system at this time.In the proposed scheme,a detection resistor is designed on each charging circuit of the charging box to the left and right earbud,and the charging current of the charging box to the earbud is detected by the detection of the resistor voltage by the main control chip.When the charging current is significantly higher than the normal charging current 50 m A of the charging box to earbud,there may be an abnormality in the charging box or earbud at this time.The charging box will cut off the output current to earbud through the power management circuit to ensure the safety of earbud and charging box.When the charging current is lower than the cut-off current 5m A which the charging box charges earbud,the charging box will send an instruction to make the earbud go to sleep,and the charging box also will go to sleep after 5s,thus reducing the system power consumption when earbuds are in the box.The test results show that the power consumption of earbud is about 4u A and that of charging box is about 20 u A when they go to sleep,and their total power consumption is about 28 u A when they go to sleep that earbuds are in charging box,which can effectively reduce the power consumption compared with the power consumption about 5.8m A which they do not go to sleep when TWS earbuds are in charging box.(3)According to the development trend of TWS bluetooth earbuds,a TWS bluetooth earbuds is designed and developed,which is based on QCC3046 bluetooth scheme,has wear detection,touch control,CVC uplink noise reduction,one-wire realization of two-way communication between earbud and box functions,supports True Wireless Mirroring technology,has excellent sound quality and safety and energy saving performance. |
