As the increase of chronic diseases in our country and the trend of an aging society, more and more people need long-term medical monitoring. Most patients can not tolerate or do not need a long-term inpatient care. Therefore, how to improve the quality of medical care on the basis of save social resources has become an urgent problem of the society and the health care system.This article includes three parts:portable physiological parameter sensor, collection node, handheld coordinator.Firstly, design the portable physiological parameter sensor. Analyze the signal characteristics of physiological parameters, design the placement and collection methods of the sensor, design common ground and shielding, design signal amplification and filtering, design sampling process, collect and analyze the signal through experiments. Mainly highlight the characteristics of small size, low power consumption and low cost in the design process.Secondly, design the collection node. Use high performance16-bit PIC microcontroller, low power consumption RF chip CC2500and related peripheral circuit to form the hardware design. The software is divided into time synchronization mechanism design, physical layer design, MAC layer design and application program of sampling. Use collection node to transmit the physiological parameters of wearable sensor through wireless sensor network.Finally, design hardware, driver and software of the handheld coordinator. The hardware design is based on Micro2440core board. Peripheral expansion of the power supply module, RF module, serial communication module, network interface module, USB interface module, LCD display and driver module. Introduce the design and implementation of the device driver in embedded Linux OS. The software design is divided into data transmission and reception, digital signal processing, GUI design, and physiological parameters uploading. Use Qt to design the GUI, upload physiological parameters to the remote server by TCP/IP. This paper aims to study and design the detection and processing methods of physiological parameters based on WSN. The chronic diseases who need routine medical care can wear physiological parameter sensor and collect node, send physiological parameters to handheld coordinator through WSN. The handheld coordinator receives the data, use the data to process, display and upload. Finally realize the remote medical monitoring and timely treatment for many patients.
