With the deepening of economic globalization, the form of multinational organization began to spread in the world because of its strong vitality and expansion force. Compared with other forms of companies, multinational companies are usually much more powerful in terms of economy and technique. They always arrange their business activities from global strategy perspective and source their market and supplier across the globe in order to achieve as much profit as possible. That means Multinational Company requires to establish a prompt and effective communication mechanism between the head office and the branches located in different countries and regions in the world, so as to solve the problems of information exchange and collaborative working among employees. There is no doubt that video conferencing system can solve these problems for multinational companies. Because of its clear and smooth audio visual quality, video conferencing system can definitely improve the efficiency of team work and grasp the market trends. Under this background Multi-National companies began to build their own video conferencing system, however, they have encountered a lot of problems such as supplier selection, equipment selection, deployment process, post-project service level and so on, which have seriously affected the quality of the video conference system deployment and have impeded the establishment of information transmission system within the branches of a multinational company. It concludes that the quality management quality variables can indeed explain more than 80% of the project variations, and finally come up with a proposal of video conferencing system project quality management and optimization of multinational company E. That can be taken as a reference for other multinationals to deploy their video conferencing system.This research shows that the causes of quality problems of company E video conferencing system come from four major aspects: Project deployment, suppliers, device nodes, network which are also the causes of Project Quality Management Problems. According to the actual video conference system of multinational company E and the theory of project quality management, This article proposes a standardized deployment process, a supplier selection method, a rigorous acceptance testing procedure, post project support mechanism, unified equipment selection and other specific optimization measures.
