With the development of internationalization and informatization, the means of domestic crime become more high-tech, intelligent, professional direction gradually, increase the crime of sudden, uncertainty, is difficult to prevent and detect the job. PGIS become the one of the important means of the social security prevention and control work, criminal investigation and traffic management. But the existing system has the unified technical standards, lack the general use, how to effectively integrate and adjust the original police video system, enhance the comprehensive application of information capacity, to meet the GPIS development demands are the hot topic of current research.This paper relies on the existing city public security police information application platform, uses the video surveillance technology, mobile communication technology, network technology, based on the PGIS technology, takes the police information integrated application sharing platform for the study, tries to penetrate the police video information integrated application, realize network control, remote control and video analysis of video information, further improve the system efficiency. The main research contents include:First of all, this paper expounds the research background and significance, research reviews the status quo of PGIS technology and video monitoring system at home and abroad, designs the paper organization framework; analyzes the six kinds of work model of video surveillance system; puts forward specific construction requirements of this platform;Secondly, analyzes the demand of video information sharing platform integrated application based on PGIS, including the overall network, monitoring control, WEB function and intelligent analysis; analyzes the platform safety requirements, data processing and storage construction requirements, predicts the amount of information platform;Then, according to the requirement analysis, from the overall, system architecture is divided into five structure levels: resource layer, exchange layer, management layer and application layer, the data interface layer, the business application layer supports B/S and C/S clients; from the hardware structure, system is divided into the public security network resources access area, operator access area, video network unit area, resource sharing and output area, Sharing platform application area; uses J2 EE technology; selects the development tools Borland JBulider 9; C/S software development tools uses Delphi V7.0; designs the platform database, expounds the contents of database construction, designs the related tables; detailed designs the monitoring data exchange layer, network unit, video space, access based on the operators platform and road intelligent card, access system based on business departments and County Bureau monitoring, focus the classic diagram and sequence diagram of video intelligent analysis subsystem;Finally, discusses the function test, system application and implementation; Among them, tests the integration network, monitor control, WEB and intelligent analysis; analyzes the operation and application of intelligent analysis subsystem; expounds the implementation effect.
