In recent years with the domestic market mature, the marketing competition is getting more and more serious which most companies are facing now. The market competition has been rising from the quality and price to the cost, service and speed, etc. The intense competition in market make corporation focus on the cost control, the enterprise internal management and other comprehensive strength of the corporation.Sample management and delivery is an integral part of a comprehensive strength. Enterprises in order to develop the market, will offer a large number of samples to the users. But many companies ignore the management of the sample. Thus causing waste of a large number of samples, the cost is artificially high, sample lead time is long, and poor user experience, and other negative consequences. But because of high consumption, high cost and low experience failed to achieve the intended effect, and even had a negative effect.Aiming at this problem, Corporate need a set of efficient sample management system for effective management of sample storage, claim and delivery, to improve the utilization rate of the samples, increase efficiency, improve the user experience, reduce waste and cost saving.Auto Sampling use the very mature SSH framework and support multi roles, sample claim process and good delivery speed. Auto Sampling improve sample application performance, service quality and customer service.Auto Sampling use B/S mode and model with logical view and subsystem/interface relationship view. We subdivided structure to 3 layers, presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. We analyze and design the sample application process. We use the SSH framework to improve the reusability and decoupling of each module and reduce the maintenance difficult and maintenance cost after system launch, improve system extensibility and flexibility.We use Java and mature framework SSH to develop back-end and JS framework ExtJS to develop the front-end of Auto Sampling. Auto Sampling include 241 class files which have 46646 lines code,31 JSP file which have 4189 lines code and 113 JS files which have 86497 lines code. Auto Sampling also completed the function testing and found 394 defects and all defects ware fixed. The defect rate is 2.87/kloc and has achieved the requirement.Auto Sampling has been launched and operated more than 1 year and be updated many times to improve system, the result shows that Auto Sampling is stable and reliable. Auto Sampling received well feedback from users. It verifies system design and implement are the extensibility and maintainability that we achieve design objectives.
