With the popularity of smart phones and tablet PCs and other mobile devices, software and applications on mobile devices have been rapidly developed, covering all aspects of our lives. The explosive growth of mobile devices and the rapid development of the Internet of Things drives the changes of network infrastructure, and ultimately promote the development of economy and society.The pharmaceutical industry in the wave of change also maekes great progress. In recent years, the hospital information system(Hospital Information System, referred HIS) has become the basic conditions for hospital information, and clinical information systems to electronic medical records has become the core of the core hospital information system. But the need to stay away from hospitals into the community or other medical institution medical staff to collected information, the hospital network based HIS system is difficult to meet the requirements.This paper presents the development of the design of an electronic medical record terminal based on the Android platform(based on the free Linux operating system and open source), the end of the program based on the Tablet PC hardware platform and Android3.0version of the software platform. This article will focus on the characteristics of electronic medical records on mobile devices, using Java language, use Json data transmission, SQLite database access technology to solve the offline data collection, online data synchronization and sharing issues.The main features of the system include: patient case information management,follow-up information management, blood information management, information management urine, liver and kidney function information management, imaging and information management functions to achieve on a mobile device(tablet or phone) pathology information management and real-time and server data synchronization needs. Currently, the system test has been completed, the line used in the medical institutions. It medical follow-up management, patient multi-agency sharing of information is important, there are certain applications.
