In now, a customer-focused era, customer-centric, and active care, based on the users perception, will become an important direction of building customer loyalty. Our evaluation system should not only focus on the KPI performance of the network, but also must pay attention to user perception. The network signaling contains many valuable data, which is helpful for improving the user experience perception. The growing number of smart terminals will be more involved in the network behavior of the signaling storm will affect the network energy efficiency.Firstly, we define QoE( the quality of the user experience), and analyze the difference between quality indicators of experience with traditional indicators. In view of the shortcomings of the experience quality in the local networks, we accomplish the mapping of QoE into KPIs, and improve the quality of experience through the targeted optimization.Secondly, the important value of network signaling is analyzed, and the hot issues of user’s urgent attention in local network are optimized by analyzing signaling. In the end-to-end network optimization, signaling analysis is necessary and effective. The intelligent storm has some bad influences on the network, which includes the reduction of network performance, the impacting of network indicators and then leading to user experience awareness decline. Finally, we analyze these influences, and research solutions on the network side.In this thesis, we have verified the solutions for the above three problems by means of the combination of theoretical and practical, and achieved the expected results. For the company, it provides some references for the optimization of E2 E from now on.
