With the rapid development of social economy and the fast spread of mobile communication in recent years, mobile users are more and more demanding of the communication quality, which imposes higher requirements on the network optimization of mobile operators. They should not only guarantee to make full use of existing network resources, but also to improve the network operation quality to provide users with comfortable and fast communication. But traditional network optimization methods are solely limited to drive test or low-end network optimization tools of statistical data etc. Although the indicators reflected in the network element and statistics is good, but feel of the user is poor. The lack of methods limits the room for the improvement of network operation quality.Therefore we propose new optimization methods by in-depth and all-round mining on wireless data and subject analysis on key parts, through monitoring and collecting signaling data from wireless access network. Those methods are based on summary of faults of traditional network optimization, comparison of the development direction of users'demand, the cell site measuring reports'features submitted by the GSM/TD-SCDMA system.The optimization system built on the method is to employ distributed computing and advanced network optimization algorithms, overall assessing the operation quality of network at anytime, anywhere, free from the weather conditions. That is to sum up mass data collected, to learn the communication quality of users and the interference that influences converse quality. The matrix interference based on the mass data can be used to analyze the low communication quality of cell sites (e.g. interference). The comparison of the monitoring data from network management statistics and the matrix analysis can quickly position and resolve users' complaints by signaling way and realize analysis of aesthesia of VIP users.The building of the system is based on the analysis of network measuring report submitted by mobile phones, assessing users'phone call quality, network coverage and interference among cells and acquiring data truly reflecting the experience of users. Based on the reports submitted by mobile phones, the system can estimate the separation interference of inter-cell TRX and get the interference isolation by any two cells. The system adopted mass storage way stores historical data of original signaling data, realizing detailed queries specified by the call signaling process, quickly identifying the problem in communication process, substantially reducing the road test work. Real-time monitoring of priority area for telephone operation, the system can quickly and efficiently discover exceptions in communications and provide data reference for positioning problems. It also has the function of tracking key users or user group preapproved, showing the change of the user's business indicators in terminals, analyzing the experience of different types of users (e.g. VIP users). Particular emphasis should be laid on network optimization to provide support for customer service and precise marketing.The system optimizes the network from the new perspective of users' perception and monitor of signaling data, analyzing problems existing in network operation, the fundamental cause of customers'complaint, how to adjust the network to better serve users, practically improving the efficiency of the available network equipment maximum, absorbing communication traffic, providing users with convenient, efficient, satisfactory communication services and enhancing the perception.The use of this system can not only protect the existing equipment investment, effectively control the cost of optimization and improve the efficiency of network operation, bus also provide the customers with more satisfactory communication services and enhance the social and economic returns.
