| With the development of broadband data services, communication technology and video resources service, cable TV network carrying business, more and more business form more and more rich, and more and more high requirements of the network operation, high bandwidth and easy to control and easy pipe network development has become inevitable. However, with the development of high bandwidth network, CMTS "low bandwidth, wide coverage" characteristics of the disadvantages gradually enlarge, at the same time as CMTS technology has long been monopolized by foreign manufacturers, the cost is high. Because of the above reasons, the radio and television operators are actively looking for access to instead of CMTS, C-Docsis is produced under the background of the technology, and issued a national standard in 2012 and August.This paper will be based on learning the C-Docsis protocol and HFC technology and PON technology, to grasp some of the key technology in C-Docsis and HFC network technology and PON network technology, in-depth understanding of the important role and significance of C-Docsis technology in the next generation of CATV network upgrade. On this basis, combined with network based architecture and now part of cable operators, this paper will discuss the influence of C-Docsis on a TV network operator business in the large-scale development of today’s broadband opportunity, C-Docsis of all kinds of network technology advantages and disadvantages, and combined with the actual situation of my work, design a C-Docsis network scheme adapt to my work, and applies it to the actual existing cable TV network, finally puts forward the idea and optimization scheme. |
