With the steady and rapid development of China’s economy, the global economy continues to clear, China’s banking industry is facing more intense competition in the industry. Management philosophy and management techniques of traditional banking, has lagged behind the development requirements of the modern financial industry. In the process of China’s market-oriented economy, the credit risk is gradually becoming prominent in various economic sectors, the bank’s asset quality problems continue to become an obstacle to China’s economic development. Because of the bank’s internal oversight mechanisms and financial operating environment are different from the international community, macro-control policies still affect the development direction of the banking industry. So our banking can not directly borrow bank credit risk measurement models in Europe and America, only the design and development of software in line with China’s national conditions, for our bank customers to use historical data to get a better rating system applications.Through the design and implementation for the banking needs of our customers in today’s rating system for corporate customers and grading work, the initiative of the rating process information stored summary and analysis of the bank’s management and supervisory bodies provide a relatively simple and intuitive analysis tools. The construction of the system is to improve the grass-roots work efficiency, management efficiency and utilization of information, increased exchanges between the upper and lower levels, but also strengthen the communication of information between banks and banking supervisory bodies. Through the establishment of a rating system, the greater will be the main business of banking risk reduction, the use of scientific data, theories make credit work more rational to follow. A more comprehensive approach to improve the rating system, using more objective data, help banks to corporate customers better microscopic analysis, is to improve business operations and risk management of the bank, is China’s banks to increase competition in the international market important means of force.In this thesis, based on customer rating system J2 EE platform, describes the use of computer software technology, through the corporate client’s financial factors and non-financial factors were analyzed, scoring via rating system is estimated to determine the calculation method of the customer class. Firstly, the background and the research status of the topics discussed, and which techniques were used briefly. At the same time, this article will credit risk in the banking sector are briefly described, indicating the importance of customer ratings. This thesis describes the main body of the overall customer rating system architecture system(including the design goal, the hardware architecture and application architecture), system design specification requirements and system software design functional modules were written, and the customer rating system in the application results were discussed.
