Reseach On Marching-on In-time Scheme And The Fast Algorithm Of Time Domain Integral Equation

In recent years, with the sustainable investment in building various kinds of business systems for the police, such as a networked video surveillance system,electronic police system, HD mount system, PGIS geographic information system, the integrated information platform, etc., the information construction of the public security system has made great progress.In using the above systems, users are increasingly feeling inconvenient since such problems as distributing 、 independent system, unconcentrated information, the single application have been existing in these compartmentalized systems, which can not meet all the police applications, and what’s worse, the video surveillance system lacks further application. In view of this situation,many users are actively planning how to organically integrate these systems so as to build up a practical application platform which can serve the whole public security system.In the light of above problems, this paper sets up a practical application platform through in-depth investigating the business requirements of the whole users and departments, as well as the current situation of the system’s construction. In order to form a one-platform-multiapplication new pattern, this paper builds up eight submodules according to the functions, which not only are relatively independent, but also can call each other. Furthermore, each user can be combinated as required to select the module.In the designing process of this platform, the writer integrates the ante-and-post concept into the design of the system after thoroughly understanding the needs of users.To avoid the shortcomings of the former system, this paper strengthens the practical application platform’s supporting function of effective prevention and control in advance.In the implementation phase, this paper mainly describes the methods and functions of eight business modules---the video patrol, video detection, vehicle detection, PGIS command scheduling, image detection library, alarm disposal center,the case event library, operation and maintenance management, etc. And what’s more,this paper explains the effects, the operation process and the main business functions of these modules. In each business module, according to the functional and processdemands, this paper describes the main business functions as well as the business value in detail.Finally, in addition to making a summary of the whole process of designing,researching and implemention, this paper has a vision of the following work. As an integrated business platform, with the further application and understanding of this system, there must be, in the future, more and more new creative business demands proposed thanks to the practical application platform system.
