Currently power consumption check is done manually by onsite checkers using measuring tools. Records are kept by paper and the modification, transfer and documentation of which tend to present low efficiency and is error-prone. Paper documentation makes is extremely difficult to maintain the integrity and real-time transmission of information. In the existence of various means of information, the current method of power consumption check can no longer meet the requirement of reality.Based on the characteristics and the practical needs of power consumption check, this paper analyzes the theory and approach for an Internet based power consumption check. It is systematically realized by integrating PDA with server administration. It provides systematical and detailed analysis and research on the power consumption check operation. All the relevant technologies are studied and proved. The study of system design is conducted within the scope of the management and performance of power consumption check, including overall design and the physical and functional structure design and study. It proves and analyzes the feasibility of the power consumption check system. The study deepens in the approaches and techniques of detailed system design. I evaluates the hard and soft environment for system tests and provides a comprehensive appraisal of the achievements and benefits of the implementation.Through the above efforts, this paper talked about the design and deployment of a power consumption check system based on NET, Blue Tooth Communication, GPS Technology, Mobile Development and other relevant technologies. 26 key data sheets and 7 key function modules are included in the design to realize the Internet based power consumption check system, providing highly efficient, standardized power consumption check software. It serves to solve the low efficiency and non-standard execution of power consumption check administration.
