With the rapid development and popularization of smart phones and wireless communication technologies,the development of mobile Internet has also entered the fast lane,and these changes have changed people's lives in all aspects.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,mobile office is also becoming more and more popular.With the tide of Internet +,more and more enterprises are increasingly in need of mobile office,and how to quickly develop lightweight and simple mobile Office products is particularly important.The research on the market mainstream mobile office products,the characteristics of these products and advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared,and found that the mainstream of office products on the market are more complicated,can not be customized to specific industries specific business,basically Or to the Web-based OA port function-oriented,the lack of rapid and efficient mobile Internet adaptation features.For a particular road safety inspection of a city,this particular business scenario,there is no targeted product on the market to meet the demand,the development of workflow products for the subdivision of business scenarios is necessary.For the workflow system development process,architecture,core interface,extended interfaces are systematically studied.A detailed analysis and comparison of the currently available workflow engine jBPM5 and Activiti on the market shows that since the Activiti workflow engine uses the PVM(process virtual machine),the process format besides the BPMN2.0 specification is supported,and the external service Good integration skills,good community support,and more.So I decided to use Activiti-based workflow engine as the core of the workflow engine.After a comprehensive comparative analysis,we design a mobile office app based on Activiti workflow system,and through the analysis and combing of a specific safety inspection process in a certain city,standardize and optimize the inspection process.At the same time,according to the process,the intelligent and informatization of safety inspection business is designed and implemented,which provides an effective solution to theinformatization of the road transport management system in the city and greatly simplifies the workflow of industrial safety inspection.Both government and enterprises can improve their office efficiency.After the successful deployment of the system,371 industrial managers of 20 units in18 districts and counties of the city were deployed,becoming the necessary mobile office APP for road transport managers in the city,and improving the office efficiency and service level of the road transport authorities in the city.This is also a design and attempt for the workflow engine under the mobile internet.Although the app function is not very powerful,it basically meets the office needs of the city's administration department personnel and lays a solid foundation for subsequent research and development.
