With the rapid development of social and the computer techonogy, while the development of wireless mobile networks is more greater; In the last few years, to consider iPhone, iPad and Android as the representative for the intelligent mobile terminals have changed our way of consumption, entertainment, which will almostly be define a new era; In this background, wireless mobile network, have already formed and will continues to be, to promote the development of society and economy by the most powerful force. In the paper, in the field of management in the hotel and restaurant,we introduced with wireless transmission function of iPad equipment, and based on this, we design and implement a iPad system for customers to select dishes and meals; There are many problems in the area of Hotel Management, the prime example is that dishes informations can not be updated quickly and can not be shown directly.These problems have a direct influence for customers. It was not only a problem for the hotel manager,but also for our programmer. It was a big challenge,and we were waiting. People’s requirement can not be satisfied by the old equipment and management style anymore.They want more convient and personalized service. Therefore a new ordering system with wireless intelligent terminal will play an important role in the hotel industry. This new system will make it easiler for customer information management,and will improve the hotel’s runing efficiency.In order to achieve this goal, hotel manager and us seriously analysed the procedure of hotel management, and then finished a new wireless ordering system with the most popular programming model, the most intelligent equipment and the most classical development method. Instead of traditional menu, the wireless ordering system can easily know which food is the customer’s best by analysis customer’s information, moreover, the new system provides individual, humanized services to every custumer.In consideration of the different demands for managers and customers, the ordering system is based on typical MVC(Model-View-Controller) structure,at the base of typical MVC architecture, we added data transmission layer, so a more complex MVC was build; for the bottom up, layers are SQLite, app logic and UI view layer in turns; we select iPad, means that we must use xCode IDE as development tool, meanwhile, we use Objective-C and JSON model to build our ordering system.thispapercarefullydealswiththemaintechnicalproblemsintheprocedureofsystemdesignandrealization,accordingtothewholeprocedureforsystemconstruct.thesimulationrunshowthatoursystemcaneasilydealwithcustomer’sfoodsorder,andcaneasilyenhancestaff’sworkefficiency,especiallywhenthenumberofcustomersareverylarge.onthewhole,thesystemisveryusefullforhotelmanagementandcustomermanagement.wehaveachievedwhatwesetouttodo.
