With the rapid development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition environment. How to survive and develop in the very severe economic situation has become a common concern of enterprises. The original management system and mode of the enterprise has been unable to cope with the change of market demand, and the enterprise is heading for a critical period of upgrading and transformation. The 21 st century is the first year of the information age.China's information wave, like a storm, has exerted an indelible impact on people's clothing, food, housing, transportation and other aspects, but more is caused the transformation of the production mode of the enterprise.More and more enterprises are rushing into the informatization construction boom, trying to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by strengthening enterprise informationization.Enterprises need to overcome various shortcomings in the past production process, and even make major changes to the organizational structure, job responsibilities and the interests of relevant people.Enterprises can not effectively solve related problems and it is difficult to adapt to such changes will lead to the failure of information construction. As an information software product that is prevalent in the market,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)puts higher demands on enterprises.Enterprises implementing ERP such as a double-edged sword, the correct implementation of ERP impact on corporate performance is a breakthrough, and the impact of wrong ERP implementation on business development is catastrophic.ERP implementation is an extremely complicated process, which involves many aspects such as production, management and control of the enterprise. The system itself is also very complex, which causes the enterprise to have great implementation risk in the process of ERP implementation. How to ensure the success of ERP implementation has become a topic that scholars have been paying attention to for many years. However, the failure rate of ERP implementation is high, which has greatly hindered the development of information technology in many enterprises.Research on ERP implementation has achieved fruitful research results at home and abroad, but there are corresponding deficiencies.Due to differences in industry and enterprise characteristics, there are differences in management methods, management models, technical foundations and social environments at home and abroad,as a result, many research theories are limited in the process of use,and the classification research on ERP implementation needs to be further deepened, and this in-depth is mainly reflected in different enterprise types, research perspectives and specific implementation processes. This study focuses on the implementation risk of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises. It is proposed that the whole process of ERP implementation should be based on the BPM(Business Process Management,BPM)idea, and the process should be used to guide the production practice. At the same time,it focuses on extracting the important influencing factors of BPM in the process of ERP implementation and establishing corresponding risk index system.Among them,BPM in the early stage of enterprise ERP implementation provides a guarantee for enterprises.Mid-term BPM provides an adaptive role for enterprises, which can effectively avoid the problem of enterprise ERP implementation, and continuously optimize the process, while the later BPM brings the enterprise Lifting effect.Enterprises should conduct comprehensive management of the three indicators to improve the overall management level of ERP implementation,so as to effectively ensure the success of ERP implementation. In addition,by selecting two ERP implementation companies for comparative analysis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the related risks, and the validity of the indicators was verified. Finally, based on the perspective of BPM,the relevant strategies of enterprise risk control are proposed to provide practical guidance for enterprise ERP implementation. In the future, more small and medium-sized enterprises will be involved in the implementation of ERP.Therefore, the research conclusions are of certain practical value.
