Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Project Development Management System

Real Estate Development and Management System is referred to the information-based macro-control and decision-making assistant Office System, which is used for data collection, management, analysis, expression, transmission and sharing release. It is based on data standardization, developing real estate project management database system as the core. Through real estate information network construction, the system achieves the real estate information resources share and serve to enterprises and society.This article systematically exposes the concepts, characteristics, current research status and progress of real estate development and management and its system, analyzing the problems in development process of the current real estate project management information system; discussing real estate development and management system design goals, design approaches, system frame, technical approach and technical issues related to system development; proposing real estate development and management system construction project data standards, business standards and software standards. The article focuses on project monitoring system, marketing systems, financial management systems and other major business systems, carries out detailed design and implementation; eventually, the system was tested.System employs the J2EE development platform, B/S three-tier structure model and Struts to achieve MVC framework, applies UML modeling language to analyze the model system. The Presentation layer uses JSP; the Business layer is achieved by Struts components; Persistence layer uses MySQL database to design and implement the system.
