In terms of colleges and universities, educational administration management work is a part of the content of the daily administrative affairs, also have a strong sense of time, heavy task, accuracy higher characteristic, often need to consider multiple aspects of education teaching resources, student information, student information examination, teaching plan. The traditional educational administration management work is based on the manual management mode, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the educational administration work. How to organize, collect, analyze and manage these useful educational information efficiently is an urgent problem for the daily educational administration in Colleges and universities. According to the present situation of educational administration in Colleges and universities, this paper designs and develops a set of C/S and B/S hybrid architecture based on the mixed structure of college educational administration system.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign university educational administration management system, expounds the problems existing in the domestic and foreign educational administration management system, analyzes the application purpose and significance of the educational administration management system. Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of C/S structure, B/S structure and hybrid structure are compared and analyzed, and the related technologies are introduced, such as ASP.NET development technology, PowerBuild development language, Server SQL database and so on. Then, according to the current situation of university educational administration management system, the system feasibility is analyzed, and the function of the system is analyzed, including the main functions of the client and Web, such as user management, student status management, performance management, teacher personal information maintenance, student achievement query and other functions. Then, according to the system’s design goal and principle, design a set of C/S and B/S structure of university educational administration management system overall structure, and the system of the client and the main function module of the Web design, at the same time, combined with the design principle of the database, the system database of the concept and logical structure of the design, and the system’s security strategy. At last, the main functions of the client and Web are demonstrated in detail, and the function and performance of the system are tested, and the design and implementation of the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture are accomplished.
