Educational Administration is an important part of Higher Education Management Processing.scientific and rational management process not only can improve the efficiency of educational administration staff, but also can improve the work quality and efficiency of the overall higher education management.In this thesis, Vocational Technical College of Liaoning ShiHua University proposes the requirements of teaching management informatization and systematization. Based on the status and needs of educational administration system of the vocational technical college, designes to use. NET as a development platform, use SQL Server as database technology. The Educational Administration System for the vocational technical college bases on B/S structure. The Educational Administration System is in accordance with the commonness of general vocational technical colleges and the special needs of Vocational Technical College of Liaoning ShiHua University.This thesis analyzes the management status, characteristics of Vocational Technical College, analyzes the significance of system development, and determines the system architecture. It describes the overall system requirements analysis, system data requirements analysis and studies educational administration business processes, and mades an overview of the functional structure for the educational administration system. This thesis describes the system development environment in detail, analyzes the educational administration system data in detail, and designs the conceptual model of data and the logical structure.According to the system function, the thesis designs the function of the educational administration system. The whole educational administration system includes students’ administration subsystem, teachers’ administration subsystem, educational administration subsystem and system administration, etc. In this thesis, it designs the various subsystems of the educational administration system in detail, elaborates on the function of each functional module, and achieves the design of the man-machine interface, and highlights designing and implementation of the curriculum scheduling management module. First the thesis studies the general rules of the course scheduling and college special requirements, and determines the various functional sub-modules of the Course Scheduling Management Module. Second, it analyzes and implementes the course scheduling algorithms, and use the heuristic search algorithms and backtracking algorithms for a hybrid algorithm. Finally for the problem of classes’ selection, courses’s selection and temporal distribution, the thesis improves the course ccheduling algorithm, and eventually achieves the course scheduling algorithms by programming.The lab reports that the system implements functions of educational administration, the system arrangs course schedule with ideal results and high efficiency. Man-machine interface is friendly. Finally, the educational administration system conducts the functional testing and the performance testing, and gives experimental results. The system promotes college teaching management informatization, and improves the quality of teaching, it has a major significance.
