Design And Implementation Of Network File Management System Based On Struts Framework

With the rapid development of digital information process in the world, people may face the massive data storage and management. Therefore, the development of an Internet-based network file management system has its practical significance has its practical significance.This thesis completed the network file management system design and implementation based on the Struts framework and the purpose is to facilitate the document information management company employees, improve the efficiency of daily work. This thesis consists of five parts. The first part gives worth a file management system as well as the status of development of network file management system for domestic and foreign; second part gives a network-based document management system-related knowledge; third part gives the overall design framework of the network file management system based on Struts, including system architecture design and use of primary data dictionary; fourth part is the main part of the thesis,gives the user information on the main network file management system, document management, audit management, and system management of four major modules. The implementation of each module is introduced mainly from the use case diagram,database design and management module and the realization of technology adopts the mature Struts frame design, the permanent layer, using the now more common third-party components. The fifth part of the functions of the system are verified, the main features are given to verify and validate the performance of the method of the system.In order to better manage and use network file management system, using various modules of the system using a granular permission control system set up for the two types of users: ordinary users, administrators, different user roles have different menu permission. Such as the ordinary user is responsible for maintaining their own information, permission to upload and delete files message and other rights;administrator user is responsible for the department’s staff registration and upload files related to the audit and other privileges.
