Internet of Things (IOT) and intelligent sensor network has been widely used in today’s society. With the rapid development of intelligent sensor network, ocean environment observation, manufacturing process and medical manufacturing need lots of sensor measurements and sensor tests to grasp the changes of environment and to ensure the quality of the products. Meanwhile, the needs of these systems also stimulate the development of the test system software and intelligent sensor devices.There are various kinds of test system and sensor devices. The up-to-date devices update constantly, which have with more and more strong functions. With various of intelligent sensor device types, and the constant updated test requirements of industry, when enterprise test requirements changed, the original test system software cannot collect data from the new intelligent sensor devices. It cannot be applied to the new test experiment. The traditional system has no extensibility, so we have to redevelop the test system software to solve the problems of the software codes redundancy, low utilization, increased cost, difficult maintenance, low portability and low extensibility.After research and analysis, we can create a middle acquisition layer between intelligent sensor devices and the software test management system in order to solve the above problems. This layer provides unified data transmission interface to the upper management to shield the differences between intelligent sensing devices and provides an extensible framework to the low physical layer with configurability and extensibility. Smart sensing device interface test system abstracts all intelligent sensor devices as a kind of intelligent sensor device. When creating intelligent sensor devices, you only needs to add a smart sensor data collection class. The system uses the reflection mechanism of java and dynamic introduction of jar packages mechanism to extend and configure intelligent sensor devices. All experiments of intelligent sensor network are similar, the only difference is that different tests require different intelligent sensor devices. The new test system can be created by simple steps of configuration.Intelligent sensing device interface test system provides a unified standard to intelligent sensor test network. On one side, it is highly reusable, which can be adapted to vary complicated test system software, on the other side, it is highly extensible and stable which can use interfaces to add new intelligent sensor devices. This test system has been maturely used in the field of ocean observation, household appliance test and the computer room monitoring system. Practical applications prove that this system has an efficient development, convenient late maintenance, low cost of the development and well application.
