Field bus technology in the form at the end of the last century. Because of the advantage of flexible and stable it grow rapidly, gradually applied in various fields. The comprehensive technology with computer technology, communication technology and control technology is given priority to, now become the hotspot of automation. Although computer technology, communication technology, electronic technology rapid development, the traditional way of control bus shows its own disadvantages.Aiming at some problems existing in the traditional industrial process control, This article is based on the Wu Ci Pharmaceutical Factory automation transformation project,the paper main research content includes the following several aspects :(1)This system adopts the latest Device Net bus way. The article to Device Net protocol specification carried on the thorough research. Because of Device Net field bus technology is in the CAN on the basis of the development, so in the early stages of the design of CAN bus technology has carried on the detailed understanding.(2)Though a series of research,then select the high degree of integration, stable performance of STM32 series microprocessor as the control core of the system and the peripheral module, and based on the Device Net technology an intelligent data acquisition system is designed.(3)This paper introduces the design process of this intelligent data acquisition system, including hardware circuit, intelligent node module PCB design and firmware library program development, above all in order to STM32F103 as the processing core, and do the basic communication test.(4)In addition there are firmware library program CAN to USB adapter hardware circuit and data of the module are based on STM32F105 microprocessor as the processing core, and also details the design of the peripheral power supply circuits.(5)In Visual C ++ 6.0 as a PC development tools, the final commissioning of the system overall, and realized with a PC on-site equipment for remote control originally envisaged.The final test results show that this intelligent data acquisition system has good performance, in real time, and have good anti-jamming performance of the reference value can be used in the field of industrial control data acquisition needs, and can be remotely and intelligent. In addition, as the design process are based on standard interfaces to ensure that the system has good compatibility. I believe in the future development mode with Device Net bus and automation technology or electronic technology combines intelligent devices will be the overall direction of the future development of intelligent.
