Grain is an important guarantee of economic security for one nation.Grainreserves concern the society’ harmony and stability, concern the sustainable andhealthy developing of the national economy, and concern the realization of thegrand goal of building a moderately prosperous society. Therefore, it is necessaryto manage the grain of the National Grain Depot in quality and quantity, whichwill affect development of domestically economics and improvement of nationallife quality directly. The research on the measurement of intelligent grain storageand monitoring and management system for grain is to develop an integratedsystem with monitoring and managing measurement that can detect and controlmeasurement of grain as well as grain’s situation. The system consisted withhardware and software. However, the subject made a detailed research inhardware, including data’s sensor detection, acquisition processing andtransmission. If the system is implemented successfully, it will promote our grainprotection and management greatly.The system was constructed by the monitoring center, the communicationmodule, data acquisition module, the measurement of sensor detection devices,temperature&humidity sensor detection devices and grain’s moisture detectiondevice. The above Sensor detection devices would complete four kinds of data’sdetection and collection separately, including grain storage, grain temperaturetesting, grain humidity detection and grain moisture detection. Acquisitionmodule and detection module took AVR as the core part of the acquisitionsystem. Just as using the AVR data to analyze real effective detecting data, wecollected the data of grain’s storage, temperature&humidity and moisturecontent accurately and effectively, and detected the warehouse’s temperature, sothat we completed detection and collection of relevant data. The task of thecommunication module was to receive an order issued from the monitoringcenter, and send the relevant command procedure to the detection&acquisitionmodule at the same time, so as to complete data exchanging between the monitoring center and testing&acquisition module. Supervision center was ableto realize the serial communications and data management, which could showthe actual situation of the grain storage directly. The main research work was asfollows.Firstly, put forward the overall design scheme of the system and theintelligent grain measurement and grain monitoring&management system isdivided into four parts:the study of field sensors、data acquisition moduledesign、 data transfer module design and monitoring center softwaredevelopment。Introduce hardware and software of the system and the systemfunction, give the overall system flow chart.Secondly, elaborate on working principles and applications of ultrasonicranging sensors、digital temperature and humidity sensors, moisture sensors anddoor sensor switch; focus on the introduction of ultrasonic distance measurementsensor’ working principle, the calibration process, analyze the system’ generationand processing of the detect signal.Thirdly, introduce the system hardware architecture of data acquisitionmodule and microcontroller on the process of design and implementation of dataacquisition and transmission module, and give the flow chart of the dataacquisition software.Finally, in the design of the master device and the detecting and controllingmachine, introduce their structure and composition in the entire system. At thesame time, in order to ensure the measurement of intelligent grain storage andmonitoring&management system operate reliably, anti-jamming design, themeasurement of food, the signal acquisition on temperature and humidity andgrain moisture content are added here.The success of this system has a great reference significance to earthquakemonitoring, environmental monitoring, oilfield monitoring which is distributedtelemetry and telecontrol system.
