With the continuous development of urbanization, such as fire safety problems have serious impact on people’s production life, is a major concern. And the fire fighting archives management is directly related to whether quickly and efficiently eliminate hidden dangers. This paper aims at the inconvenient management of traditional fire fight files 、 the difficult of information sharing 、 low of timeliness and such other inconveniences. After the system development complete, The fire fight emergency file comprehensive management and query system can availability integrate WebGIS with fire fight emergency files. For the management of the schedule of the fire fighter, the emergency file’s valid management, the information share and lending support to the conductor decision, it can provide the valid help.This paper consists of six parts, the first is to introduce development situation at home and abroad, the research background, research content and organizational structure; The second is to introduce some key techniques, including the application development of B/S architecture, ASP.NET, Arc GIS technology analysis and ADO.NET; The third is to introduce system requirements and analysis, including the system description, development environment, data requirements, functional description and performance and operational requirements analysis; The fourth is to introduce system’s overall framework, including the processing process, the overall structure and the distribution of external design, function module and the case design, data modeling, design and operation error handling design; The fifth is to introduce the system implementation, including schedule management module, file query system and the realization of the key process; The last is summarized and prospected.
