In Use of the advantages of information, the conference registration, meeting arrangement, paper submission and review papers and other content on the network platform, will greatly improve the management level of Academic Conference.In the research of this article, mainly the design and implementation of the conference management system based on J2EE architecture. The academic conference of network operation, is not only an effective promotion of academic conference, to expand the meeting’s influence, but also online management conference held throughout the process, to ensure the quality of conference papers.This study is mainly reflected in the following aspects:1, the analysis and Research on the existing academic conference management system, from the overall framework, ease of use, function is complete analysis of several aspects of their advantages and disadvantages, so as to determine the architecture of the system.2, the analysis of system function requirements and main business process, identified the main functions of the system, including two parts meeting management module and the management module.3, design and implementation of the system, the conference management module, according to the conference process, divided into information publishing, conference registration part; and in the paper management module, according to the role of the different, divided into contributors, reviewers and system administrators for analysis and design.4, to achieve academic conference management system based on J2EE architecture, the detailed implementation process of each part of the. Finally, the system is tested, and satisfactory results are obtained.
