In addition, the traditional Web applications are prevalent in the cross-poor, unfriendly interface and other issues, also constitute a bottleneck for the development of Web applications.In order to solve the above problem, we will Ajax technology combined with J2 EE technology, breaking the traditional drawbacks of J2 EE technology.In this paper, first of all, introduced the origin, the development and the application of the Ajax technology in theory; followed analysed the key technology division of Ajax technology and the condition of its collaboration; compared with the traditional web development model and Ajax-based technologies under development Different models point; outlines the principles and Ajax technology advantages and disadvantages; describes the J2 EE architecture as well as in the J2 EE framework on the integration of technology, which will discuss the various impacts and issues; at the same time against of the wide range of issues which encountered in the application of Ajax technology, put forward the corresponding solutions; Finally, in the practice, detail the design and implementation of the women’s prison in Nantong Performance Assessment System, describes its function in the design, the system construct the women’s prison in Nantong performance based on B / S mode, providing various types of organizational performance, integration, control, division and effective management of the platform.In this paper, use the Ajax technology to make the secondary development of the system, in order to improve the system performance and user satisfaction.The application of Ajax mainly from the data display, dynamic information in the respects of improving performance and user experience, specific functions include: data real-time calibration, cascading menu function, data linkage, partial refresh, dynamic page load, dynamic load information platform.The realization of this system has improved the prison assessment information, improve the prison office efficiency, on the other hand, because of the application of Ajax, break the disadvantages of traditional Web system, such as large scale communication, user to wait for a long time, the whole page refresh, not dynamic load information and other issues, so as to realize the real-time calibration of Ajax data the function of load information, dynamic Ajax function and Ajax in the page table creation algorithm, finally improves performance and user experience.
