| Since China joined WTO, both import/export goods and ships have increased significantly. The increasing business brings numerous chances to China international ship agents. The competition becomes more intense than ever in the history because of the emergence of more and more large, international logistic companies. By applying modern internet and information technologies, companies have been able to hire fewer employees thus saved money. They are now able to govern information more intelligently. Decision makers could adjust strategies timely which would help to raise the power and popularity of the company.Tianjin Yujiachang International Logistic Co.Ltd used C/S (Customer/Server) structured logistic management system previously, real-time information sharing was a problem, and the system has difficulty to get the operation of clients, because it is affected by different time and location. The enormous resource consuming of system maintenance was another problem. Considering above weakness of the system, a B/S mode sea transport logistic information system based on JAVA EE was designed and applied. The system authorized different rights according to different stages, and publishes all logistic information on network, which contributes to real time information sharing, and improves working efficiency by decrease the affect of human.This dissertation introduces and analyzes the current situation of logistic management system, and provides function separations according to system science technology, that is, system management, basic data, ship agency, cargo agency, site management, report management, file management, financial management, material management and management assistant. The dissertation specifically introduced the details of database structure design process and the key methods and technologies used in the core module of the system----ship management. An overall evaluation of the structure and security of the system is given at last of the dissertation.In this thesis, MVC structure based on JAVA EE was adopt to develop the system, and uses several of EJB design mode to improve the program and system efficiency. Oracle 9i is the backstage database.The system achieved separation of logic and data when applied in real application. It has improved system stability, extendibility, reusability and maintainability, thus improve the efficiency of whole logistic group. |
