In today’s society, with the constant improvement of the construction engineering system, the management of the unclear power construction engineering will become more and more rationalization and market-oriented. The competition in this area will become more and more fiercely. The scale of the construction project is increasing and the structure of the construction project is more and more complex. Using traditional management approaches have already can’t meet the needs of the nuclear power plants. These situations always lead to the decrease of the profit margins and the efficiency for the site construction management. To remain invincible in the site construction management, the enterprise should take the road of information. The electrical industry is a national lifeline. The efficient, accurate and secure information management system is particularly important. The information management of nuclear power plant has higher requirements on the accuracy and the security. The site construction management information system of the nuclear power plant mainly focus on the installation and commissioning of the equipment and sending or receiving the packets. The system has unique quantitative management during the installation and commissioning of the equipment that will let the work of installation and commission more specific. The system also can proofread the information that will help the related workers get the accurate information. Above all the system will ensure the operation of the equipment and the process is security and stability.During the internship the author worked in the UF Limited Power Department, the author worked full-time in the programming and development of various power management systems. The topic is the cooperation project from UF and the China Nuclear Power Engineering Company, the author also participated in the programing and development of the site construction information management system of the China Nuclear Power Engineering company. The programing is based on the IFS Web. My responsible work is the programing and implementation of the EESR. the author also focus on the programing of the report quantization points system for the construction organization. The process management and quality management of the equipment installation are also my main assignment. The system concludes the powerful information for the safety installation of the nuclear power equipment and helps get the progress control report. My specific result of work was using the point value to describe the workload, calculate the working time and arrange the progress of work. I also checked of prefabricated point value and actual point value that ensured the construction quality and construction efficiency. I also designed and realized the business progress of the joint inspection during the construction process. The results of work provided powerful information during the audit progress and improved the efficiency of the construction process for the nuclear power plant.
