| In order to accelerate the development of the third generation nuclear power, the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation (SNPTC) was set up in22May2007. SNPTC is mainly engaged in the introduction, digestion, absorbing, study, transfer, application, popularization of the third nuclear power generation, by way of self-innovation, shaping the self-brand nuclear technology; burden construction, technology support and consulting service of the third nuclear power. In recent ten years, Investing and construction management mode of nuclear engineering project in China has changed radically, Adoption of EPC mode in the third nuclear power construction project has become a common idea. This thesis detailedly analyze some problems and faults exiting in domestic nuclear power construction, combining with the EPC business requirement of the third generation nuclear power in China, design and realize a highly-integrated software platform to engineering project management information system, including multi-projet management and each-projet whole life cycle management of SNPTC. As the core content of engineering projet management, on-site construction management information system involves quality management, safety management, schedule management,verification management,archive management and so on.On-site construction management is the core issue, quality,safety, expense, schedule, construction is controlled in the engineering projet management information system, help SNPTC with the unification, formal management and control of many EPC construction projects, solve the management and coordination problems among proprietors,contractors, supervisors, manufacturers and so on, provide the basic information related to on-site construction management for managers of SNPTC so as to accelerate statistical analysis and gathering of leader-decision, improve the work efficiency and general level of the third generation nuclear power.The thesis is divided into five chapters, the fist one describe the thesis background, briefly explain the informatization support requirement and the problems that need to be settled under the big environment of the third generation nuclear power. The second one is theory and application summary, the third on introduces the present condition, business and demand analysis of on-site construction management information system in SNPTC informatization construction. The fourth on particularly talks about the design and realization method of SNPTC on-site construction management information system, the fifth one is summarization and speculation.Combining with the requirement of the third generation nuclear power engineering projet management and development in SNPTC, this thesis puts forward multi-projet EPC on-site and online construction management, from the side of SNPTC discuses construction management comprehensive management involving safety,schedule, quality, environment-protection and so on, whole life cycle management of engineering projet construction realize multi-projet application and projet-group comprehensive management and other innovation points. |
