PWR nuclear power plant refueling outage involving hundreds of millions ofcapital, a few months’ time, thousands of personnel to parallel operation of large projectsmust be carried out in each nuclear fuel cycle, and is important to determine theoperational economic benefits in the operating process of pressurized water reactornuclear power system. With the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant operatingyears of continuous growth and group-reactor management degree increasingly high,outage projects is thus increasing and the growing complexity of planning,communication, coordination difficulty is also increasing. Under the dual pressure of costand schedule of PWR nuclear power plant refueling outage, traditional outage mode canno longer meet the current needs of the PWR nuclear power plant outage. Therefore, theestablishment of an efficient nuclear outage information system is of practical significance.This thesis takes the Q2pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant refuelingoutage project for background, following the main line of three phases to achieve theoutage of nuclear power plant, introduces the analysis, design and implementation ofnuclear outage information system. First it analyzes the subject of an existing informationsystem of a nuclear power plant, which proposed to build an efficient nuclear outageinformation system database. Subsequently, it elaborates the before, during, and afterstage of the nuclear outage: before the outage, the information system can effectively assist the planning department to prepare and optimize an outage plan; in theimplementation process, the system can promote the smooth conduct of the refuelingoutage in plan adjusting, releasing, monitoring of the progress of work, monitoring ofindicators control, experience and feedback, etc, furthermore to collect the relevant data.After the outage is completed, the system uses the relevant database, builds the model fordata mining to feedback and optimize for the next outage. Finally, it discusses the outageplanning and optimization of the outage process control, data mining of theimplementation of three modules, summarizes the effect of the implementation of nuclearinformation system and the receiving benefits in the future.
