Uncertainty contains four kinds of uncertain information. Based on the traditional multi-attribute decision-making methods, this paper studied the evaluation methods of credibility for single scheme, mainly focused on fuzzy uncertainty and unascertained uncertainty. The validity and the credibility of the evaluation method are illustrated by several examples. Through the analysis of the radar data processing simulation module, a complete and credible evaluation system is established, and radar data processing simulation module evaluation simulation platform built by Matlab GUI achieves a variety of effective assessment methods for radar data processing module. The analysis of comparing results verified its legitimacy and credibility. The main work and research results are as follows:1. On the basis of traditional AHP for choosing among several schemes, an evaluation method for single scheme is proposed based on analytical hierarchical thoughts. Then the adjustment algorithm for those judgment matrixes that does not meet the consistency is researched, and the effectiveness of the evaluation algorithm and the adjustment algorithm is validated through case studies.2. Through deep analysis of the inheritance relationship between traditional AHP and Interval AHP, an inspection standard is proposed to test the consistency of judgment matrix, and the adjustment algorithm is also analyzed accordingly. Numerical examples validated the effectiveness of Interval AHP and adjustment algorithm, and contrastive analysis indicated that this adjustment algorithm is faster and more effective.3. Comparative analysis was conducted to demonstrate the relationship and the difference between reciprocal judgment matrix and complementary judgment matrix. This section first studied the evaluation principle and steps of algorithm, then proposed an adjustment algorithm for inconsistency by the definitions of deviation matrix and perturbation matrix. Numerical examples verified the effectiveness of these algorithms, which is of great significance to improve the precision and credibility.4. Group decision-making is adapted to uncertainty evaluation algorithm in this section. Under different situations, general method to calculate the synthesis weight of experts is proposed through definitions of different measurement standard of uncertainty and deviation.5. Two evaluation methods are proposed in this section according to the fuzzy uncertainty and unascertained uncertainty in evaluation process, that is, a new evaluation method for single scheme separately based on incomplete interval-value judgment matrix and incomplete triangular fuzzy numbers judgment matrix, which can realize credibility evaluation under different circumstances by various decision models. Numerical examples verified the effectiveness and credibility of these algorithms.6. Through the analysis of three modules in radar data processing, a complete set of evaluation index system is established. The simulation evaluation platform of radar data processing module is established by Matlab GUI. The credibility evaluation method for single scheme based on uncertainty is applied in radar data processing simulation system effectively.
