As the simulation technology played an important part in verification, evaluation and design guiding principle of the real product, system and new technology, there is a great need for extremely-high credibility of system simulation. So researches on simulation credibility are important in system simulation theory and application. The simulation technology was already widely applied in the aerospace field. The simulation system based on complex system such as spacecraft, missile and launch vehicle is of common occurrence. As a hotpot in current modeling and simulation, the complex full digital simulation system has some characteristics of development process and structure. Therefore, it has theoretical significance and practical value to evaluate the credibility of the complex full digital simulation system.Starting with the basic concept and theory of modeling, simulation and credibility evaluation, the dissertation discussed the connection among system, simulation and evaluation credibility, discriminated the relation with credibility evaluation and VV&A(verification, validation and accreditation). Based on summarizing the previous studies, the reference framework for credibility evaluation researches was put forward. After analysis features of launch vehicle full digital testing simulation system, the dissertation researched on evaluation this system's credibility from two sides of process and method. Considering that complex full digital simulation system's development life cycle has the dual characteristics of pure software system life cycle and the M&S(Modeling and Simulation) system developing process, a credibility evaluation process model which applied to complex full digital simulation was proposed, according to the software engineering theory and the main activities of VV&A process. This model can improve the credibility of the system. On the other side, the method of evaluation credibility was studied, which considered the hierarchical structure of the system, as well as the ambiguity of modeling and simulation. The credibility of simulation system hierarchical model is established, by decomposition and refinement of the simulation credibility influencing factors. Then, based on the relevant expertise, the weight vectors of the single factor in the credibility evaluation are calculated by the triangle fuzzy numbers. Ultimately the synthetic credibility value of the entire simulation system is educed by the fuzzy synthetic evaluation.Then this method is applied to evaluate the credibility of the launch vehicle all-digital simulation system, the assessment results show that the application of those method can effectively improve the credibility, and provide a reliable reference for credibility evaluation of other digital simulation systems.
