Simulation Technology is an important method to understand the world. Only we can ensure the correctness and validity of the simulate system, can the simulate system be vitalizing and the key technology was researched into be practical and feasible. So it is valuable in theory and utility to do research on the reliability of the simulate system model.Base on the research both here and abroad, this thesis introduced the concept system of simulate reliability and some principles and problems in carrying on research on simulate system reliability. Firstly, base on the characteristic of HLA optical communication simulate system, it described the process model and came up with some kind of ways to optimal the process model. It established the hiberarchy of this simulation system by using AHP and fuzzy AHP. Obtaining the estimation matrix according to expert's suggestion, it calculated the weighing of every sub-system and then the whole system's reliability can be got. Secondly, it researched into the reliability by using fuzzy estimation method and came to a qualitative conclusion. Finally, reliability estimation method design based on BP Net was investigated extensively. Besides, it also discussed the result training analysis method. By taking the simplified countermeasure simulation system based on HLA for example, it demonstrated the application of the method.
